Our dog is high energy and still working on leash skills, but all of the dog walkers we've had are so kind, loving, and patient with him. We love that the quality of care is consistent - and if there's ever an issue with a dog walker's schedule - Fetch will figure out a replacement walker (not me trying to scramble last minute)! I love that I get an email from Fetch Pet daily, I see the dog walking route and see pictures. The dog walker always gives an update on how the dogs did and if there are any problems. The administrative staff/owner is accommodating and easy to work with.

The app that shows you every visit with photos, updates and the ability to comment has been a great aspect of their services. I really appreciate the "care team" approach that lets me (or really, my cats) build relationships with sitters over time, getting to know a few friendly faces and so being able to relax and be comfortable (and spoiled!) while I'm not with them.
